Rockbox on 6 G installation fails

Hi there & hallo,

I did already a emcore/Rockbox installation a few weks ago, everything worked perfect.
Win 7, ipod Classic 6

Now I upgraded the harddisk to an SSD (at a professional station) - itunes worked fine... but i cannot install rockbox to the device with the installer.

the whole emcore process works perfect, the Rockbox utility installation on windows is perfekt. I can read and write on the ipod via windows but the utility by transmitting the software to the ipod ends up with following  error during the download:

The path cold not be created
extraction error

also by deleting the cache, setting new cache pathes - no changes.

does anybody of you has an idea?

solved by myself:

There was a hidden .rockbox file on the SSD. Maybe from a not working try? No idea. After deleting it the process went smooth to the end.

Please do share which SSD was attached, directly or using some adapter and by who professionally. Might consider doing the same.
