Has anyone solved the USB problems on the clip+?

I am not sure what starts this problem - maybe not ejecting the player from windows? I have found forum posts including user patches and scripts to lessen the problem but no real fix. My clip+ is a pain in the ass to mount. It usually says usb device not recognized in windows 10. Other times in will show 2 drives in my computer but they arent able to be read. When this happens I can see the sansa clip+ in devices and it comes up as mass storage in device manager. I've had some luck uninstalling the mass storage and replugging in but lately it seems successful 1 out of 20 times. Merely removing my microsd card often allows the computer to see and mount the device as "g: sansa clip". I'd like to be able to get it to work with the SD card in like I have before. I've had the same problem on several clip+ in the past. Thanks.
