navigate from NOW PLAYING screen back to FILE list

(1/1)

Hello
I just bought a 1tb ipod and I am getting use to Rockbox. So far so good. One question: Is there a setting on Rockbox that will allow me to navigate from the main NOW PLAYING screen (the screen you see when you select a song to play that has NOW PLAYING at the top and the song name and the display of volume, repeat, random, etc) back to the file list that you select a song from? Right now it navigates from the file list to the NOW PLAYING screen, but when I hit menu to go back to the File List (to get to the same spot where I was in my search of files) it brings me to the beginning screen and it scrolled to highlight the now playing item.

It seems like Rockbox has so many choices that there might be a way to choose how it navigates??

btw, I am totally new to the Rockbox systems, so it there is any advice or suggestions not realted to my question that you think I should know, please send it along.

Thanks
Matthew

Hello

just check the manual for the desired settings:

Have fun with rockbox.

Great. I found it. just push select button to go back.
One last question is about leaving the headphones plugged in seems to drain the battery. Is this a common feature?

saratoga:
Headphones only use power when making sound, so if there is no sound they're no different then unplugged.
