Sansa Clip Plus Rockbox doesnt boot
Mvp8:
This time I tried to do it Manually but I got blocked on the point:
Run mkamsboot, passing the name of the OF and bootloader files that you down- loaded, in addition to a name for the output file.
Code
./mkamsboot clppa.bin bootloader-clipplus.sansa patched.bin
When I run mkamsboot it opens a terminal page with this on it:
Last login: Sat Feb 13 14:50:25 on ttys000
/Volumes/mkamsboot-dmg/mkamsboot-mac ; exit;
Macs-MacBook:~ mac$ /Volumes/mkamsboot-dmg/mkamsboot-mac ; exit;
mkamsboot Version 1.5

...and I cant even write the code! This mac is not mine so I dont even know how to use it well.
Can you help me?

Did you use autodetection? if not, why?
Please check the mountpoint setting in Rockbox Utility. Perform the installation again, and if it still doesn't work go to Help / Troubleshoot / System Trace. Paste the contents of that window to pastebin (or upload it as a file to some location where others can check it).

Because that's not how you run a command line program. You would need to do that from Terminal. However, I'm pretty confident that you won't need to use manual installation. The most common error on installation is the mountpoint being wrong, and I suspect that to be the case here as well.
(If the mountpoint is wrong Rockbox Utility will write the files to the wrong drive. This isn't problematic since those are just some additional files, but it obviously won't work as expected)
Mvp8:
Thank you for your answering Blue!! I changed the mouting point and now I have an error message on installation saying "Could not write firmware fie"
Why is this?
saratoga:
Is the mount point you picked your device? Is it writable?
Mvp8:
Yes it's writable, it's an mp3 with no hold button, and yes I picked my device :O
