iPod 5.5g connection issue

I have an odd problem with my Rockbox iPod 5.5G. The device will charge just fine, and I can play audio through my dock, but computers don't even acknowledge something has been connected, let alone let me change files and data on the device. It's like the device is stuck in a charge-only mode and doesn't register as anything on the computer side.

I'm running version 3e5e9cf-150602
