Alternatives to Sansa clip

Hi everyone,

As many people posted in this forum, the Sansa Clip Plus seems to be no longer sold, or with high prices (I saw 150$ sometimes  :o ).
Does anybody know another MP3 player like the Sansa Clip, where I would be able to install RockBox and have a slot for a SD Card ?

I just lost my last sansa clip player... and it's impossible to find something else.
Does the last Sansa MP3 Player (sport and zip) will be RockBox compatible in the next months ?

This has been asked and answered many times in this forum now. As you can see on our main page, the Clip Zip is already supported (this has been true for a very long time).

The Clip Sport, however, almost certainly never will be. So, give up on that idea. And even if it were possible, no one is working on it. Even if we assume it is possible for the sake of argument, if someone very skilled started working on it right this second, 'the next months' is a very small time frame. If it were possible (it isn't), this is many hundreds of man hours work.

If you're after a Clip or Clip+, the secondhand market is still absolutely saturated with them.
