Sansa Clip Plus - error, system freezes

Hello. I would like to know what is happening to my Sansa Clip +, sometimes it freezes when I'm listening music, or navigating the menu (I can't select anything, or go back to the options), then I have to reset, and remove the Micro SD, in order to access the menu, again. But, sometimes It doesn't fix, so I have to keep trying, untill it recognizes the Micro SD and starts working, again.

This error suddenly stop, and feels like my player is working fine, but, this problem can come back later, randomly . I wanna find out why this is happening.

My player is running the Rockbox version 3.13.

Check out this picture, in the upside right corner (of the Sansa Clip screen) there is an icon, I don't know what this means, maybe is about the Micro SD. Do you guys, know?

nobody has any idea? now it doenst work with the Micro Card inside,
