Rockbox don't play mpc encoded with aimp
boing:
Hi. Sorry for my bad english, i'll do my best.
i've encoded all my library (~250 cds + tags + covers) in mpc sv8 -q8 with aimp encoder. I really love this format and the soft. I can listen the files with many players on pc without any problems but not with rockbox.
When i try listening a song on my sansa clip zip, i can see mpc7? and nothing play. The menu go back.
I've tested all versions of rockbox from 3.13, but nothing.
I've tested with some files encoded in mpc sv8 -q8 with musicbee and they works on rockbox.
What is the problem ?
What can i do ?
Thank's for all.

Can you post a link to one of these files?
boing:
i can't attache file bigger than 128 KB. i'm looking for a small one.
boing:
i've found one.

The beginning of that file has an ID3v2 tag, which is not supposed to be used on MPC. Some programs maybe able to skip past the invalid tag, but it shouldn't be there, and rockbox will not understand what the file is. Opening it in a program like foobar2000 that support MPC and then rewriting the tag fixes the decode problem in rockbox for me.
