Sansa Clip ZIP database and 128gb card

Quick question. Does anybody has problems with the database and >=128GB micro SD cards? Never had a problem with the 64GB one, but suddenly I'm getting database problems, such as its not ready, every two or three times I turn on the ZIP. Always properly shut it off, etc, so I'm wondering whats the problem.
