[ANDROID] Change seeking time for formats that support subtunes. e.g. nsf, sid

Hi, I am using rockbox on my Android phone, but noticed that selecting subtunes in nsf (nintendo sound format) is particularly difficult because seeking speed is too fast.

Does someone knows where is seeking speed defined on the sources?  I would like to change seeking speed for multi track formats in android to allow a more precise selection of subtunes.  Or think of another way to handle subtune selection.

I have been looking at the rockbox sources to find where can I change the repeat rate for touch presses.  I believe If I could reduce this value by half, the subtune selection would be a lot easier. 

I remember using an old ipod nano and subtune selection was not a problem because the ff/rew action was slower.
