Remember location in browser list.

Saving file browser location between reboots; this is currently not possible in Rockbox.

As of now, shutting down resets the file browser location. The device shuts off to save power, then you've lost your place in the browser.

I am trying to create a patch but it's hard work as I have almost no coding experience.

I propose the browser is saved; if one wants to start at root they can make a shortcut.

Any comments most appreciated.
