windows cant detect/install drivers Sansa Clip+ Rockbox 3.13

Hi
i just installed rockbox 3.13 i believe (latest stable version) and everything went fine. Played some music a bit, fooled around with the interface.
Anyway: i wanted to put some more music on it and plugged it into my PC (win7) and my PC went on to find drivers for it, could find any, and now it isnt detected in my explorer, so i cant put anything on it anymore! Anybody can help me?

i got some music on it by removing the memcard and put it in a card reader, but i like to fill up the  8gb on the sansa itself too!

Try this: turn the player off, hold the select button, plug in the usb cable.
