You seem confused.
If you want this to happen, you need to be prepared to do it yourself. Every Rockbox port that exists, exists because someone who actually owns the device and is interested in it actually did the work and made it happen. Ports aren't created simply because one or more users want it to happen. It doesn't work like that at all.
If you want Rockbox for this device, do what the others in the past have done, and do the work necessary to make it happen. If this is too much work for you, or you perceive it as being too hard, then perhaps try thinking about what right you have to expect anyone else to do something you're not prepared to do yourself.
If you're not willing or capable of making this a reality, assume that no one else will, and move on.

Some one named "emad" posted https://www.head-fi.org/threads/cowon-m2.729947/page-4 this circuit image for M2: . You can see that device DAC is WM8960G.

Looking at the board, nothing looks like a CPU:
* toshiba: NAND or eMMC (haven't checked)
* PCF50633: power supply
* WM8960: audio codec
* 4708: FM tunerCan you take a picture of the other side of the board by any chance?

I had a look at the firmware upgrade available on Cowon's website. The FW firmware uses the standard "dual-CRC" telechips format (see https://www.rockbox.org/wiki/TelechipsInfo#A_34Dual_CRCs_34_firmware_format). Based on the string inside, it most likely is a TCC79x, in other words extremely similar to the D2. My wild guess is that the D2 port could rather easily be modified to handle the M2.
