How to Rockbox SanDisk Sansa?

I really do not know how to install Rockbox at all.

So, how do I install Rockbox on my Clip Zip? Yes, that is my question I am asking.

I tried to rockbox yesterday and using the rockbox utility I left the bootloader checked but it required to download some kind of BIN file and I had no clue so I unchecked it and just did the install. Did I do this right? Or no?

Did it work?  If so, you did it right :)

You'll need to provide a firmware update file from sandisk though.  You can download it from the sandisk website, and I think the installer actually gives you a link to the webpage.
