Absolute Touchscreen Mode for Graphcal Equalizer Menu

I always feel that Android, scrolling up and down to change the EQ settings has so much room for improvements.
one could, after patch g932,g933, make a natural EQ GUI in wps but the final script would be so messy that only a few people know how to do it right. 

The second option is enhance the EQ GUI in EQ menu.
FS#10639 starts it and I'm continuing his task.

-implement a flat design gui
-touch the absolute position to switch between Cutoff/Q/Gains in different bands

Why can't you update gerrit from a new VM?

simply wouldn't accept my new SSH Key.
I might try to solve this problem again later.
