Is the clip sport as sensitive to sweat as my clip zips?

Hey all, just wondering if I'm wasting my time purchasing a slip sport. I've had 3 clip zips die on me because apparently a sporty mp3 player with a handy clip, isn't made to be near sweat.

Sweat resistant or not?

Edit: As for my last clip zip, I was able to revive it twice with a rice bath. This time it's dead as a door nail. Might wash it out with distilled water, but hopefully my fuse is okay for the gym job.

TOTAL:
YOu know that sport is not going to get rockboxed, don't you? Its hardware is said to give no chance. Do a search on this forum.
