Check - player (no panic) and try format sdb. If sill no success - show what you have in dmesg after all.

i ran dmesg, and it showed "[sdb] 7683072 512-byte logical blocks: (3.93 GB/3.66 GiB)" that you said. i then checked the player, no *PANIC* screen. i then ran the command "mkfs.vfat -S 4096 /dev/sdb" as superuser.

had to upload the screenshot because file is bigger than 128KB. here it is: https://i.imgur.com/zFA8GlM.png

after a few seconds the player goes in panic, i think its timed or something!

Mihail Zenkov:
You write wrong sector size - 4069, but it should by 4096. And show dmesg after mkfs.vfat.

Try also boot in original firmware and show dmesg.

Honestly i just gave up because it would be stuck in both rockbox and original firmware.

So i used my dad's mp3 (which is the same sansa clip zip) and it worked allright once or twice, but after a while,i found out that when putting in my 64GB sandisk sd card, it is stuck aswell! it loads the boot screen, and then "ver 3.13" screen, and loads indefinitely. When i remove my Sdcard, it works again.

Maybe i formatted my sd card wrong? the filesystem i am using on the SDcard is FAT32.
what filesystem should i format it with?
Or maybe there's too many songs? (5600)
any ideas?

You can try disable database or/and dir cache. Also try insert sd card after player boot completely.
