sansa clip plus ata error -4

hola amigos, en primer lugar me gustaria felicitaros por vuestro magnifico trabajo. en segundo lugar que es el que me trae aqui, acabo de adquiri un sansa clip plus mp3, como lei lo que rockbox hace por el, lo instale. mi problema es el siguiente, despues de un tiempo apagado, al iniciarlo , aparece el logo de rockbox junto con un mensaje que pone "ata error -4", cuando la micro sd esta puesta. con el firm original no tengo ningun problema. luego pone "press on to debug", pero si pulso el boton de hacia abajo aparecen una serie de valores "gpio vals and dirs" y si vuelvo a pulsar hacia abajo, unos datos que creo son de consumo "mV" si pulso el boton de la izquierda me pone "panic" "ata:-4" "pc:308085c0" "sd:3008a2" "a:3008806c" "bt end". alguna idea. no se si se puede introducir capturas de pantalla, si se puede me gustaria que me dijeseis como hacerlo. gracias
