Time Strech Solved and WMP Playlist Wont Sync Solved Sansa Clip+

I was getting really frustrated.  I bought the Clip+ for its rapid-playback ability.

Let me get right to the point.

Timestrech - fast play speed play Pitch controls 

Enable Timestrech in the Sound Settings.  Restart the device w/ long power press.

Turn back on.  When you long-press the play /pause button.(p33 in the manual) you get the controls you are looking for.  I have seen another topic say PLAY+SELECT, but that has not worked for me.

Something I think the manual could be clearer on is LONG-PLAY or LONG HOME or what ever should add the word press in the manual...

After LONG-PRESS-PLAY you can use the home button to cycle through Pitch SPEED and Semitone.

As for Playlists Rockbox does not read Windows Media Player play lists... use another music program such as quintessential media player or WinAmp and save them as a  m3u files.  Watch where you drag the files they will be in the same place on the Clip plus but WMP playlists do not show up.  Windows Media player playlists never worked for me.
