iPod 160gb (late 2009) installation

Hi to all! I'm paspi from Italy, Happy to be here!

I have this problem trying to install emcore installer-ipodclassic-r859-20120102 on a iPod classic 160GB (Late 2009)

I put the iPod in DFU mode, launch "bootstrap_ipodclassic_itunes.exe" and successfully open the 64MB-sized "UMSboot" volume, copy on it the installer-ipodclassic-r859-20120102 and once ejected the program starts with the disclaimer. Trying to go on on installation I press the menu + play buttons and any other combination of buttons but nothing happens. The only button that works is the "skip backward"  that cancel installation.

I tried this procedure a lot of times but the result is the same everytime
