problem install rockbow, message could not open dfu device

I would like to install rockbox on my ipod classic 7th 160go the last model. But my problem is: when I start my ipod in boot mode by pressing 10-15sec the proper button (I have the confirmation of the mode), I kill the processes  Itune as it request in the tuto.
 I cannot run the bootstrap_ipodclassic_itunes.exe file, I have only the message could not open dfu device.

Do you have a idea to solve the probleme?
