How do I update a theme that I previously uploaded

How do I update a theme that I previously uploaded without loosing my ratings and downloads stats?

TOTAL:
update even more and give it a new name, I guess. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Upload the theme with the same credentials used to upload the initial theme.

Theme name, author name*(?), email address. It will replace the original.
