H340 hangs rockbox on Bootloader USB mode or hangs iriver on CONNECTED

Problem after:
1. Reformat HDD (Toschiba 80GB): only 1 partition FAT32 (Fat32Formatter) - HDD inserted in H340, connect USB Win 7
2. Disconnect from PC
3.  H340 restart and hangs on Bootloader USB mode (rockbox) or hangs on CONNECTED (iriver)

If I disconnect HDD 80GB and connect original 40GB disk drive - the situation is the same.
If I disconnect HDD and power on H340 and boot rockbox or iriver - the situation is the same.

Please help
