Recorder with line-in, sd card, and AC/USB power

I'm setting up the recording of a series of lectures and like the wide range of recording options offered by Rockbox.  Does anyone know which of the Rockbox compatible players have all of the following features:

1) Line-in Recording
2) record using AC or USB power
3) ability to record direct to a SD Card

I don't think any such device exists.

Maybe you could get a recorder like the TASCAM DR-07 MKII? I have that model, it works well, and it meets all your requirements. It doesn't run Rockbox, though.
