Copying files to iPod Classic from computer running Linux
« on: January 11, 2015, 11:20:07 AM »
Hello.

A few weeks ago I successfully installed Rockbox on my iPod Classic and it now has my music files on it.  It all seems to work very well with no problems until today.  I ripped a CD to my hard drive using K3b (my operating system is Kubuntu 14.10) and that seems fine.

However, when I try to copy the mp3 files from my hard drive to the iPod using the Dolphin file manager it will only copy some of the tracks.  With other tracks it says Could not write to /media/david/iPodClassic/.......

I wonder if anyone has come across this before and can help please?

Thank you.
