Having a problem with installer on Sansa Clip+

Hello. I can't seem to get the Rockbox firmware installed on my new Clip+. I'm experienced with installing firmware on devices, and I think I'm doing everything correctly. The utility goes through all of its steps, and appears to have worked correctly. I eject the device...and then.....the firmware doesn't actually install on the device. I don't get the "upgrading firmware" message on the device, and it doesn't turn itself off. The same Sansa firmware (V01.02.16A) is still there - even though the installer worked, gave no error messages, etc.

I've tried several times, always with the same result. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?

Double check that you installed to the right drive letter.

Yippee! Thank you very much, that was indeed the problem. It was installing to the wrong drive letter. Everything works now.
