Creating Playists / Editing ID3 Tags

I was wondering how to or IF it's possible to create Playlists using Rockbox itself or if it's possible to edit the ID3 Tags of songs within Rockbox.

Is this possible with the GoGear 63XX Series?

You can create/edit/save playlists on the device (see chapter 4.4 - Working with Playlists in the manual).

You can't edit ID3 tags though.
