Installing rockbox

I would just like to have a quick tutorial for installing rockbox and applying a While-Playing-Screen. I already have iPodLinux and would not like to have that erased. I've heard you just need to unzip the rockbox folder to the root, is that true?

If you are using their Loader 2, then yes.
