I don't know. How did you get convbdf in the first place?

Maybe someone with an already installed development environment can provide you with an updated version.

Personally, I run and develop purely under Linux.

If you basically want the chicago 12 font, just a bit bigger, then try the xtal-14 font. It is exactly that - chicago12, but with a vertical size of 14 pixels.

Additionally xtal-14 features all ISO8859-1 characters, while chicago12 is ASCII only.
