Sansa Clip Zip is dead
« on: December 21, 2014, 03:03:09 PM »
I was listening to my music during my workout, suddenly the playback stopped and I couldn't get it to work. Tried all buttons, no response except the display kept showing the currently playing title. So I did a hard reset by holding down the power button for 15sec. After that, I couldn't get it back to life. The battery was at half capacity and my PC doesn't recognizes the device at all. What should I do?

I would try holding the power button quite a lot longer.  Usually it'll eventually trigger the reset.
