Help please on installing Rockbox
(1/1)
neofusionx:
Ok so I got the hard part done installing the bootloader. Now, I decided to extract the rockbox file to my iPod. The instructions said to extract the files to the root folder on the top level of my iPod Folder. The top folder is Calendars so I extracted it there. But nothing happened when I reboot my iPod. The bootloader screen still says cannot find the rockbox file. Can someone help me please? I think the problem here is the folder I extracted it to. But I'm not sure.
Llorean:
It means just in the root. For example, if your iPod is the F drive, then in F:\
Not F:\Something (like F:\Calenders) just in the very base level. They meant that by "top" not the first one in the list.

In a more simple term
If your ipod drive is F:/
extract it there.
