ipod video: simple text-based theme

I really liked Andrew Mason's dark-geek wps for the 5g.. the day I installed rockbox (and that) I hacked it up quite a bit and have been using my custom edit ever since (for a month now). Since then, I've figured out a few things that I wanted to change for better usability, so FINALLY today, using that as a start, I made my own.
Description's on the wiki, though the screenshot shows most of it. Enjoy, or not.

Heehee.  I have a long "Jeoeoeoeoeoeorb" sound I got from the site.  Once in a blue moon, my random shuffler pops it up and it alwasys makes me laugh.

You're welcome guys! This skin is all for me, but I'm glad it'll bring some enjoyment to a few others.

I've gone through phases where I like my GUIs to be pretty 'n flashy (examples: crazy Winamp skins, beautiful litestep windows themes), but now... When I look around at the themes available, they just don't fit me--usually because they show information that I don't care about (often in obtrusive ways) and leave out stuff that I AM interested in. Additionally, simplicity and usability are often cast aside. There very well might come a [bored/procrastinating] day when I create my own wps with images, but for the moment I'm definitely happy with this.

In any case, I HIGHLY encourage any of you that haven't ever looked at a wps file in a text editor before to open it up (along with the wiki article explaining the various codes) and change a couple things. I think most of us are so used to a culture of consume, consume that we often don't even think about fixing things to meet our needs--it's so normal to just settle for whatever we're handed.

No. I decided to leave that alone so people could switch between themes without having their stuff reset. You can set the background and foreground colors yourself by goin to General Settings > Display > LCD Settings.

Just updated the wiki with the mo'bettah version of this I've been using forever, so.. thought I'd share. (Mostly just a few small tweaks.)

ps: My previous comment about not changing colors no longer applies. Defaults to black & white for colors.

p.s. good work with these very simple and functional, plus the fact that it's text only gives the user a choice of backdrop, I like that
