What was your first rockbox device
ssdclickofdeath:
My first Rockbox device was an iPod Mini 2nd generation. I opened it up to replace the dead hard drive with an 8 GB CF card and put in a new battery. The headphone jack soldered onto the board broke off when I carelessly opened the iPod, so I had to buy another iPod Mini to replace the main board. It turned out that I accidentally bought a 1st generation iPod Mini as a replacement. Rockbox often crashed on that board. :(
About a year later, I picked up a Sansa Fuze v2 at a thrift store for $15. It is much more useful than the iPod mini I had.

First device - Sansa clip+, fully died after year.
Second device - Sansa clip+, UP button broke after year, had to customize rockbox in order to use VOL UP as UP button in menu.
Last device - Sansa clip+, new.
I use sansa clip+ very frequently, so they break or dies quickly. Don't know what I will do if sansa clip+ will be discontinued because I didn't find a good replacement.

Sansa Clip Zip. New user of it and of Rockbox. It really Rocks! :)
Stringrazor:
My 1st Rockbox device was an Archos v1 player/recorder, upgraded with a 120GB drive. With RB, I liked it a lot and would still be using it if it hadn't died. I'm now using an iPod Video 5.5g w/80GB drive that I picked up off ebay some years back. I suppose it works ok. I don't use it much anymore.
LambdaCalculus:
Mine was an iPod Video, 5.5G, 30GB. I currently have a Sansa Clip Zip with 4GB internal storage and a 32GB mSD card, and am eyeballing a 2nd gen iPod Mini at a nearby second-hand electronics shop that I'm itching to CF mod.
I was running the Android version of Rockbox on my Nexus 4 for a time, but had to stop using it as it doesn't work with the ART runtime in CyanogenMod 12.
