Ipod Classic 6th Gen? ATA Error: -2147483542

I have recently installed Rockbox on my ipod following the steps from freemyipod.org . Everything seemed to be running well.. until i tried to play songs.

The songs skips and after researching i attempted to use another version of Rockbox. Using the link from:

After researching, i attempted to fix the problem by replacing the .rockbox folder in the root folder of my ipod and attempting to start it up from EmCore, it then shows a black screen with the error.

It's the same situation with all the other builds that i could find (used versions from daily builds)

EDIT:

Ipod model: A1238   i believe it's the 6th gen.
When i press anything during the debugging process pops up a *PANIC* text with white background.

According to current investigation this is a bug in CEATA driver (or more precisely the drive not following what it advertises). The maintainer of 6g port is aware of the problem.
