how to install RB on creative zen?

 i cant understand what to do. i downloaded the files and ran the command in win 7 described in the tutorial of the zen page and it says "Error occured during sending!"
please help!

Did you read and apply this line ?

pls help me I am pretty stupid when it comes to RB
