Having issues with the Rockbox Utility
« on: December 07, 2014, 03:40:39 PM »
This is my first time using Rockbox. I downloaded, unzipped, and ran the utility as administrator. Chose the device from the menu for initial configuration, however the utility doesn't give me any options for the mount point. The menu doesn't drop down, and it's blank. I have no idea what I'm doing so some assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Usually that means no device is available. Check under my computer and see what drive letter your player has and then double check that you have a supported player.

It's the Sansa Fuze 8gb, mounted as a portable device so it doesn't give me a letter.

Update: I think I've got it, forced it into msc.

Update 2: I'm an idiot. After wondering why it wasn't working after the mount point issue, I realized this was the Fuze V2  ;D
