Mine is mounting slow and the file transfer's are also extremity slow. I run my iTunes library off of my ipod so I don't have to double up on space.
It's annoying but after the first big transfer it is bearable.

mine takes about 3 minutes to be recognized on my mac in FAT32 from disk mode, but file transfer is just as fast as HFS+. Sure that's a long time, but whatever. Also, if I boot to iPod original firmware, then attach it to the computer, it only takes about half a minute to mount.

there fat32 support is fine.
50% fat support vs. 0% HFS support.
