Reporting broken links on rockbox.org

Is there a specific place to report issues like 404s on the rockbox.org site itself? (Hopefully I'm not overlooking it, but I wasn't able to find one.) Most or all of the “online” links on the manual page at http://www.rockbox.org/manual.shtml have been 404ed for quite some time.

Yeah something is wrong with the HTML builds.  No need to report it.
