Why can't I change song when on repeat one?

why can't I use the next and previous buttons to change songs when repeat is set to one song? Makes no sense.

I'm not really interested on working that, but I'd support changing it if someone were interested in doing so.

As far as I can figure out, this behaviour might be more or less accidental. It seems to have been introduced in http://git.rockbox.org/?p=rockbox.git;a=commit;h=795ce8b1a829eb36c051e0c5f2e62572b71ab70c. The commit message speaks for itself :)
