Sandisk Sansa Clip+ drive not recognized
(1/1)
bjorb:
Hi everyone.
I put RockBox on my SanDisk Sansa Clip+ but decided it's not really for me. Now I'm trying to delete it but since I put RockBox on my device my PC (Windows 8.1) doesn't recognize my internal drive anymore, where I installed the firmwire. It does detect my SD-card though, not that that really matters right now. I already turned off 'USB hide internal drive'. I only need my PC to recognize the internal drive so I can delete RockBox.
Greetings

You actually have to reboot into the Sandisk firmware to uninstall so getting Rockbox USB working is unnecessary.

Thanks for your answer. It worked! Now I only have to delete the bootloader. It says that I need to do that by updating my device. There are no updates though. Is there any other way to delete it?
saratoga:
You can update to the same firmware version, or even an older one if you want. Just download the bin file and put it on the player.

Thank you! Problem solved.
