Sansa Fuze + - Combining internal and external memory

Does anybody know of any ways to play music from both the internal memory and an inserted SD card in one playlist? I usually navigate into the files folder and select music, this plays a song and shuffles the remaining songs in the folder. Is there a way to add the files on the SD card to this shuffled list?

When you start playing a file, that creates a new playlist.  If you go to a new file or folder, you can use the context menu to add those files to the current playlist.
