Did you unmount (eject) the iPod on the computer?

hc_blacki:
Yes, i do it over the Rockbox Programm.

[Saint]:
That doesn't directly answer the question. To the best of my knowledge Rockbox Utility provides no means to safely eject a volume, which is what theunamedguy was asking.

To be more specific:
"Are you safely ejecting the volume from the host using the Safely Remove Hardware and Eject Media function your host provides?"

If you are not doing so, it is almost a certainty that your filesystem is no longer intact.

hc_blacki:
Ok Thanks. I try that with windows and eject a the volume but o got the same error. How can i fix the filesystem?

[Saint]:
I believe it is reasonably safe to assume that you are using a Windows based operating system, in which case:

Make sure any and all media you don't want to lose is BACKED UP TO A SAFE LOCATION;
Hit the Windows/Start key/button;
Right click on the volume;
Select 'Properties';
Select the 'Tools' tab;
Under the 'Error Checking' entry, select 'Check Now';

To perform a thorough automated check with attempted recovery, ensure that both the 'Automatically fix file system errors' and 'Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors' options are selected.

Allow the scan to complete, copy a new Rockbox binary image to the device and safely eject the volume and re-test and see if you are still able to reproduce the issue.Remember that now (and every time thereafter) to make sure to use the 'Safely Remove Hardware' option from the system tray (one could also chose to disable write caching completely if one doubts in their ability to remember to safely eject the volume at all times, but this is left as an exercise for the reader and most certainly is not fool proof).

In future, you may also want to use the Rockbox fallback image that comes embedded in the emCORE installation, as USB is considerably more stable on Windows based hosts when using the fallback image. USB instability on Windows in recent builds is a known issue and part of the reason why the embedded fallback image exists in emCORE to begin with. This is also left as an exercise for the reader as it is outside the scope of the support channel.
