Many thanks Saint & theunamedguy for your help. I will do it later and give you the results.

Its done. Steps i do:
1. Backup Music Folder
2. Format Volume (Scan and repair doesnt work)
3. Fresh new rockbox image installed
4. copy Music Folder back

It works great.
