Ipod 6 Classic with 160GB HDD and Rockbox

Hello,
i hope somebody can help me please.
I have Rockbox over 1 year and it work great (Many thanks)
But in the last weeks evertime when i plug off my usb cable from the pc ive got that error on  my display an the ipod does nothing.

i flash the newest version but it shows it every time.

Hard drive failure is always a possibility. :-[

But its a new harddrive.

Ahh... sorry I misread.
When you plug it in with Rockbox running, it gives that error?
Or when you plug it in when it's off, and then turn it on?

No. For example i plug it in, copy music on the ipod and plug it of. Then ive got that error.
