Windows 10 allows a female Clip Zip Voice.

I had to re-do the Voice on my Zip yesterday. As I was checking the Win10 menus I noticed several choices for the synth voice, one being female. I thought no way but I tried it. It worked! So now my Zip has a slightly snooty female Voice onboard.
