Issue with rockbox utility software

I am trying to configure Rockbox Utility for my sansa clip +, but the RU software doesn't seem to be working properly. On the first tab of the configuration for RU, the tab to select the device from the filesystem will not expand. I have redownloaded the program twice and restarted my computer, but the tab just won't expand. I can't select a mountpoint because of this, so continuing the installation is impossible. Please help me fix this issue.

I have attached a picture of the area I am talking about.

Most likely that menu is working fine and there is simply no device available.  Verify that you have your mp3 player mounted and accessible via a drive letter in Windows.  Probably you haven't put it in MSC mode and so it has no drive letter mounted.

Change the player from MTP to UMS mode.
