Sansa Clip Zip - Taking too long to boot

Greetings,

My Sansa Clip Zip is taking quite a long time to load, if it does at all. Ive had a message along the lines of Plug USB In will show up, and the screen flash from on to off. RockBox has been installed for a while now and this problem seems to be only recent and maybe related to when I forgot I left it in the charger over a full day or two.

-Boot 4.0
-Running Version 3.13
-I am able to boot up into the regular Sansa Clip program without fail.
-RockBox stalls more often then booting up and when it does freeze on the loading screen I would do a hard reset and try again.

Any help is a appreciated and I am uncertain as to how I can begin troubleshooting.
