If I plug USB when player on, I don't have this problem.

Not sure is it right way to fix it, but I just disable USB in bootloader.

I get the same thing.  I don't think its the bootloader USB mode that causes it though, that shouldn't be activated unless you hold the select button (I believe).

But I test it on two players and two system ;)

Maybe the call to usb_start_monitoring confuses windows?  I'd rather not disable bootloader USB though, its helpful if you copy a build over that can't boot, or if your file system becomes badly corrupted.
