Well I tested firmwares on my 2 year used ClipZip 4gb 100% charged,
16gb MicroSD full of mp3 files on standard sansa headphones volume (-15dB)

rockbox-clipzip_8be93b7M-141208(16:40h by saratoga) not so stable 3 times gives error and shutdown player

thanks, I get no crashes with this build.

Thats good to know. I'm traveling so I cannot put up test builds for a few days. Does anyone want to try raising the voltages one by one and see which one was set too low?
