File browser ui
loopil:
I have a clip zip, using it only for audiobooks.
i like the bookmarking possible with RB , so i can't use the database or playlists.
I find the filebrowser ui confusing ; i already found out the sd card is separate from main memory, unlike the OF , which has them together.
but why can i not find my files in the audiobook folder ? ( yes the genre is "audiobook )
these are the folders :
<microsd1>
##music#
##port#
Album
Audiobooks ( =empty )
podcasts
Music
etc.
I have to open "##music#" , then "audiobooks" ( sub dir from "##music#" ) to see the files
I also own a clip+ , on which i can open the "audiobooks "folder directly.
( formatted and installed RB twice , no theme)
saratoga:
The file browser just let's you browse the file system.
If you want files sorted by something other than file system take a look at the database.

I did , works fine ,except auto bookmarking is not possible ; which i need.
But my question is: why are my audiobook files in the ## music# subfolder ? and not in the first "Audiobook"folder?

I'm guessing you use MTP with the OF, and that does weird things.

Indeed, i use MTP , this works best i find with Mediamonkey.
No big deal. i just make a shortcut the the folder.
